that drea lady is super awesome! she definately can run a store like it should be done and it makes you feel good! seems like they are always moving things around and repainting walls. The delivery guys are the best and they really go out of their way as well.
I picked up a recliner for my Mother today, Friday, February 13,2015 approximately 12:00 p.m.. The lady at the counter was so very rude to me. I don't know what her name was but the paper has the salesperson number 154 on it. My Mother and other members of my family has spent alot of money at Westco over the years. My sister and Mother had bought 3 chairs just the other day [which my sister had bought 2 and paid cash]. First recliner that my Mother had bought, [lever was jacked up on side] and the second one was the lift chair [which it had a malfunction]. So..she exchanged it for just a simple rocker recliner. Now, after all that when I had went to pick it up for her, the lady said I had to sign a paper [which it was stating that chair was nonrefundable and as is with no warranty. The lady was very disrespectful and hateful to me, I felt like slapping her in the face. She was very unprofessional. I did say to her that she did not have to be angry and hateful to me about it. So to make it short, this company has lost all of our family's business and I will be sure to let everyone that I know about Westco Home Furnishings, Grove,Oklahoma. I was simply amazed that they did not want to stand by their product. Thank you!!
