We bought a recliner last August....was very pleased with the chair, but the stitching started coming out on the foot piece. Now it is moving up the seat. Numerous calls have gotten us the repair mans phone number...which he never answers. We keep being told....protocol is this guy has to come to our house and see if he can repair it before it can be determined what needs to be done! All well and good. But this started around April 1st, and now we are going on May 1 st....and we are no closer to resolving this. HELP....where is the MAIN office for this company?
We wanted a Lazy Boy recliner chair. They ordered it for us and we picked it up right from their store. They price matched a good deal on the chair.
Bought a new sectional there in April of last year and it is already broken. I called a month ago and they said they don't have a repair man any more, but they could come pick it up and take to Muskogee and fix it. I called them and they said they could not replace it, but they could fix it. The furniture is made of chip board and not worth a crap I asked for in store credit or a different set and they said no we can either fix it or you can keep it the way it is. The guy also said they have to fix it at least three times before they can replace it. What happen to the store that took care of their customers be very cautious buying anything from Bob Loftis.
