Don't go here! I beg of you! If you actually care about the well being of the person you are considering bringing here (including yourself), STOP! Go anywhere else but here. Long story short: Walk-ins. New patients. 5 or 6 people in waiting room. 2 HOURS LATER-myself, my ten year old(who has an angry case of pink eye), a young mother and her baby(wicked coughing from both), and 2 older gentlemen, who both arrived not 15 minutes prior. Mom and baby have to leave. I'm finally called back. Called immediately after us, one of the two men. He knows the Dr., the Dr knows him. Suddenly, the man and Dr begin to enter a room together.
Brought my husband here for the worst case of kidney stones he has ever experienced. We were seen quickly and within no time he was given medications and started on an IV. The nurse and NP were both extremely friendly and helpful. A+ experience.
"No! Stop! I'm not going to let you see another patient before my daughter, I do not care who that man is! I'm fed up!". Everyone freezes. I am shaking. I have tears rolling down my eyes. We're hurried into a room where the Dr enters behind and slams the door. He informs me that he has the right to ask me to leave. Crying, I beg and apologize. "Please. Antibiotics. We'll leave." He begrudgingly agreed to call it in and marched out. We did the same. Disgusting. I contacted a woman at the main hospital about how we were treated. No response. I'm nauseous just remembering all this.
This place was incredible! My diabetic grandfather had been sick all weekend. With his doctor on vacation, my sister and I took him to the urgent care center. We expected to wait and were told it would be an hour - it was about 50 minutes when we were called back. The nurse and nurse practitioner he saw were both very kind and attentive. He is not only better physically, but their kindness and friendliness helped him emotionally as well. Thanks so much for your awesome care!
Service at this clinic is about the worst I have ever experienced. I took my mother in for a condition she was experiencing. We were lead into an examination room after about 30 minutes (not an unreasonable length of time), but were left in the room for about 3 hours without any other contact from staff or doctor. We finally got up and left with my mother still suffering.
