Much better since new management, quick and friendly service. They may still serve a substandard breakfast buffet (powdered eggs) but I hab seen it in awhile.
I actually gave it three tries since I had so many locals recommend it. All three times the service was appalling. The food was poor quality, poorly cooked and tasteless. I even gave the famous breakfast buffet a chance... cold, water, greasy, empty most of the time. Can't believe I actually did that to myself not just twice but three times.
Good for coffee and visiting with friends. Food ranges from awesome to fair. Nice setup and cool booths. Delicious pie. Recommend coffee and pie. Breakfast is usually pretty good, except the gravy...every time we've had gravy it wasn't very good although most everything else was fine. Waitresses are awesome.
Downtown in Grove, Okla. a family run Resturant...We ate here every morning for 4 days and they were Great... They have a Breakfast Buffet and we had eggs, toast, biscuits n gravy, Bacon n Sausage, Fried Taters, Grits, Pancakes, and All kinds of Fruit.. Very Curtious, kept our coffee cups full and took away our dirty dishes so we could visit at a clean table.
Great food! Friendly staff and very clean place! Affordable eating!
