Crooks Indeed. If you get your jewelry cleaned or adjusted here make sure that they can do it in front of you or at least while you are there. They will swap diamonds and repair your things poorly. Took about a year to get my great grandfathers pocket watch crystal replaced and turns out that they put a very thin piece of plastic in it instead. I have flashlights that have better lenses in them. My grandfather and I were and still furious about that $100 plastic 'crystal'.
