Beware of this agency! My mother's home burned a little over one month ago and it took several days before the agent even contacted my mother. We have used this insurance agency for nearly 50 years and never, to my knowledge, had to file a claim. It has now been over a month and my mother has only spoke to her agent one time. She has only received a $1000 check, and that was two weeks after the fire. She requested a copy of her policy and that has taken over two weeks to get as well. An insurance agent should be working for you to get you compensation for your loss. The agent, Steve Stinnett, seems happy to collect monthly premiums and I'm sure would be contacting you immediately if you were a day late on payments. However, he doesn't seem too concerned with doing his job. We never would have expected this after being customers for 50 years.
