Visited the ER for the first time on 10/29/2016. From the moment that I made first contact with the receptionist until I was discharged, everyone was very friendly and was quick to respond to any question I had. The staff kept me informed throughout my entire visit. While this hospital is part of the one in Miami, I would not recommend anyone to the one in Miami as they are very rude. The hospital in Grove is like being at a completely different hospital all together. What a wonderful experience.
how come nobody answers the phones? i should be able to talk to a real person..
Dr. Meissen kicked my children and I out of er after my kids had been abused physically and sexually. He looked at them and said by looking at them he could tell that there was nothing wrong with them. I am filing a case asap.
I feel like they really care and want to help. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
