I would give a zero star if I could. They lie about contracts, raise price without warning. You can talk to 2 different people in the same day and hear different stories. I was told one thing about my account and the next time I call told something different. they don't care about serving their customers.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is not a very good selection of phones because it is so small
Apparently only two sales clerks, the only one in the store the 3 times I've been in there has a very flat affect, completely emotionless face and monotone voice. Not knowledgeable about phones. And quick each time to say she couldn't help me before ever logging into my account or trying to help me. I expected to be greater with a smile and positive attitude and answers to basic questions like "what is the difference in these phones?" VERY disappointed.
Why spend the money on a new building when they STILL can't seem to help you with anything?!!!!!
Competitive prices. Clean Store. Somewhat understaffed, wait times are long, sadly.
