I bought a car from them a year ago. It's been a nightmare. I made a huge mistake going there. If you're 1 day late on your payment they will start harrassing you and even send someone to your house. My latest problem is that they showed up at my house and banged on the door loud enough to wake my baby who I had just got to sleep. I explained that they woke up my baby and I don't have time to talk to them but the guy still wouldn't get off my porch. He thought making a car payment RIGHT THEN was more important than me consoling my 4 month old who was crying. DO NOT GO THERE. Also they lied and said the car I bought had never been wrecked but it has.
NEVER GO TO CARMART, EVER!! THEY ARE DIRTY LITTLE NO GOOD POS. My husband got a car from there a year and a half ago and it was constantly in the shop. It ALWAYS broke down on us and basically was a death trap. I have 2 kids and the car didn't even have A/C and the driver side window didn't even roll down, so only 1 window worked. It sometines wouldn't even go over 35 mph. Oh and it also died randomly. It died one time ON THE HIGHWAY as we were driving and almost caused us to wreck. We told them we were giving it back to them because a car THAT bad doesn't need to be drove. Carmart said they would sue us if they did, so we kept it a little bit longer and finally we went and got a new car from a better place and let them take the POS back and a year later they sued my husband for $5,800!!! Said they "sold" the car at an auction for $69!! Said when they got the car it "wasn't running and was all banged up." Which is a lie. The car had NO DENTS on it whatsoever and it ran, barely. It's there fault it didn't. Everytime we took it to them to fix they put crappy used parts in the car to keep it going for a little bit. I'm sorry, but your company is a no good, sue happy, dump! I hope you mess with the wrong people and get put out of business!!
Dont buy a car from these people! Bought a car and motor was blowed within our 72 hours they would not take the car back and wont give our money back. The attorney said we have our rights that they legaly have to give us another car or our money down payment
Terrible car dealership, my gf got a car there 2 months ago, the bearings went out the car loses power and they won't fix it because they sad the spare caused that!? Seriously then they tell her it's running fine so she picked it up today and what's it do? Loses power before she even makes it home!
