I have to say, candidly, that I've been in Grove, for over 9 ( Nine ) years ; My parents banked here, for 32 years. They've had several Branch CEOs. Matt, is the current Branch CEO, and, he is a totally responsible Branch CEO. He has a kind attitude with his fellow customers and clientele. He is a great man with an eye toward sensibility. I really like the First National Bank and have been doing business with them for over 8 years. The Branch Manager, Matt, is always so kind and welcoming. The tellers are efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the First National Bank to my friends and family.
Absolute terrible experience ever!
When I changed my maiden name to my married name, for some negligent reason, they deleted my online banking and didn't transfer my account over as they said they would. And when I called to confront them the lady I spoke with was very rude and made it sound like it was my fault, and acted as if I was lying about having one to start with.
